Shakti is a 24-year-old non-profit organisation that works to end family violence in New Zealand's Asian, African, and Middle Eastern communities. We support and empower ethnic women, youth, and children through our integrated intervention and prevention model. We work with our communities to make sure that all migrants and refugees can live empowered and healthy lives free from violence.
