At most meetings we have a guest speaker, either a doctor, cardiologist, dietitian, pharmacist, physiotherapist, heart health counsellor etc.
Come along to our very informal, friendly meetings, share your journey and learn from others with the same life-changing issue. We are a fully inclusive group.
