Polystyrene emergency - please help
Someone has dumped a huge amount of polystyrene by the surrey crescent /Richmond road intersection ( apparently dumped in the panel beaters bin last night ). It is strewn down the nearby roads in the drains . Have called the council. Please pick up any you see and dispose of it appropriately. There is more rain coming tonight and hundreds of thousands of pieces will go straight to sea . Nga mihi
