FIT KIDS programme at StrataFit
If you're looking for an activity to add into the after school schedule then come check out FIT KIDS at StrataFit on Monday's and Wednesday's at 3.30pm. The 45 minute session covers off skills and co-ordination based games, plus kids workouts, which are all about teaching them that exercise can be fun! It's only $10 per child and for ages 5-12.
