Renovated tastefully & a sun trap it's right by the cycle way so an easy cycle or walk into town or a 10 minute drive. Handy to Western Springs College, Pasadena Intermediate or Grey Lynn Primary. There's off street parking, some under house storage and a big back lawn, not to mention a pretty garden. Bed configuration is 2 bedroom with Queen beds, and a room with two singles. Can tweak this for right tenant. Two bathrooms including an ensuite. Could suit family or couple after spare rooms (single beds could be removed to create office.
