Meditation: Getting Started
You're invited! For newcomers to meditation, a step-by-step, four evening guide to the essential techniques in concentrating the mind, cultivating stillness, setting up an effective home meditation practice.
Date: Four consecutive Monday evenings, July 1, 8, 15, 22: 6.00 – 7:30pm nightly
Venue: The Sri Chinmoy Centre, 93 Dominion Road, Mt Eden/Kingsland ( the big Target Furniture building, upstairs)
