Older Kitty Up For Adoption!

Pet.kiwi

As a pet store we do not sell or profit from animals, we encourage families to adopt from shelters by advertising animals in need of homes. We feature two animals a week, every week, so get ready to see some cute fuzzy faces!

Meet Poppy!

Poppy is up for adoption through Crazy Cat Lady Cat Rescue South Auckland!

Poppy is a nine year old girl who came into care after her owner went into a rest home. She would love a lap of her own to cuddle up on at night, and she likes to do her own thing during the day.

She needs to be an only cat, after being severely bullied by other cats who lived in her household in the past. She can't go to a home with dogs.

She would suit an older person or couple, or a family with much older children, as she likes the quiet life.

If Poppy sounds like the calm companion to match your household, please contact the team at Crazy Cat Lady Cat Rescue through the link below!

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

Local lawn mowing - Based in Grey Lynn

Patrick from Grey Lynn

Hi neighbours,

I’m Pat - a solo lawn mowing operator based here in Grey Lynn.

I’ve recently started PT Mowing and am taking on a few small to medium residential lawns in the area.

I offer one-off mows as well as regular weekly or fortnightly service. Every visit includes mowing, trimming and a clean blow-off.

Clear, upfront pricing based on lawn size — no surprise charges.

If you’d like a quote, feel free to message me here or send through a couple of photos and your address. I’m also happy to pop by and quote in person.

You can also find me on Facebook under "PT Mowing" 😁
