Do you want to improve your bone density? Or work on your core strength for injury prevention? Or maybe you’d like to keep strong so you can continue lifting your grandkids? We are adding ‘Over 55’s’ Pilates classes to our timetable

Wednesday 9.30am



A foundation reformer class designed for those over 55 years. A dynamic, full body workout with a focus on improving joint mobility, bone density, core strength and balance.



You are welcome to come to all of our classes but we know it can be nice to exercise amongst peers.



Our $50 introductory offer is a great place to start to come and try these classes, if you are already a Unity member these classes fall under your normal class packs
