Has anyone else got a letter from the council about the PROPOSED PLAN CHANGE - CLARIFYING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SPECIAL CHARACTER AREAS OVERLAY AND UNDERLYING ZONE PROVISIONS WITHIN THE AUCKLAND UNITARY PLAN. anyone know what the council are up to? Are they trying to get rid of the heritage zones to make it easier for developers? Hope someone can throw some light on this. Look forward to hearing from you all.
