New Yoga Session in Kohimarama
Hi all .. I'm starting a new Yoga session on 31st January at Kohi Yacht Club and thought I'd share the details here in case it is on anybody's route home from work. It's Tuesdays at 6pm - Easy Yoga for Everybody. This class is suitable for all .. if you want a gentle approach - this class is for you .. if you want to push yourself to your limit - this class is also for you! By using modifications and adapting each movement and pose to suit your own body you will receive exactly what you are looking for in your practice. Expect a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, clear instructions and options to choose from to enable easier fluidity or a challenging workout. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
