If you have any bikes, scooters, skateboards, we can come and pick them up from your garage and deliver it to the families who are in need in our community. Jellyfish stings and rashes can spoil your swim at Auckland beaches, especially as the water gets warmer, the service says.
They can be caused by a range of sea life, some of which are too small to see.
These include jellyfish, anemones and sea lice along with the more obvious crabs, stingrays and sharks.
Bluebottle jellyfish produce a nasty sting and people should stay out of the water if they see them.
