Hello, I have two 10.5 metre Marina's at Bays Water Marina, that I am prepared to swap for Gold and Silver Billion, or partial money and partial billion.I advertised these for Sale each individually a few weeks ago one at $28,000 and the other at $30,500 and received enquiries but at this time only listed them For Sale and not partial Swap and Cash I am negotiable on price, and these Marina Licences expire on 5th June 2031.These berths can be rented out to live aboard boats and Bayswater Marina has brilliant facilities and location.Close to Devonport and Takapuna.Please email me if interested.caroljoykyle@gmail.com
