Join us to stretch, strengthen and relax both body and mind.

Class times:
Monday: 6pm - Evening Flow
Tuesday: 9.30-11 - Gentle yoga and meditation
Saturday: 9am - Morning Flow

My classes are structured to nurture balance and wholeness. We will move carefully through different poses that will develop your alignment and flexibility, while at the same time creating relaxation and mindfulness. My classes place special emphasis on deep breathing in every movement and building core strength, which is key to good posture.

Our airy and spacious venue with a sprung wooden floor provides the perfect arena for you to experience social and exciting 6-a-side indoor netball. PowerPlay is a shorter, faster version of netball, featuring the 'PowerPlay Quarter' where teams can double their points, adding to the excitement.
With friendly umpires and a lively and fun atmosphere, our inclusive environment welcomes social Ladies and Mixed teams of all skill levels. Entries are now open for our Tuesday night competition commencing on the 13th February, so contact reception@aucklandnetball.co.nz today to register.

We are very excited to announce our first ever fundraiser dinner to be held on Friday the 16th February at 6pm!
We are teaming up with the phenomenal chefs at Everybody Eats to provide a special dinner experience entirely from locally grown or salvaged food. The meal will feature produce harvested that very day from Tฤmaki Urban Market Garden and prepared by top-class professional chef, Tristan from Everybody Eats.
Tฤmaki Urban Market Garden has been operating for two years, producing local regeneratively grown kai and sharing our love of soil and our environment with our local community. We need your support to keep going with this work - because we know it's important to our community and the planet! It will also enable us to continue to gift excess produce to our local community.
We'll be sharing a short film that gives more insight into why and how we do what we do, and highlighting the produce we are already growing with three delicious courses of scrumptious gourmet food.
Expect an evening of community connection, deliciousness, and hope for the future of food in Glen Innes and Eastern Bays suburbs.
