We are two older women, looking for two single people, or a couple, as flatmates for a two bedroom accommodation within our home. It is the upstairs self contained area of a large home. The accommodation has a bathroom, walk in wardrobe, two balconies with great views, sitting/dining area, cooking facilities, and shares a laundry with us. It is on the top floor of our home, and is sunny, modern and spacious with extensive views. The accommodation is private from where we live on the level below and the property has a security gate.
This property is in Westmere and is walking distance to the Westmere shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and the bus stop. It is about forty minutes walk from the city.
It would not suit children as there are stairs and there is no outdoor area.
There is no off street parking.
The rent includes power, water and unlimited internet.
