The house is empty in great condition but we would like to do a top to bottom clean before our next wonderful tenants are found and move in? Polished wooden floors and high ceilings, oven and 2 bathrooms. New carpet so that just needs a vacuum. Soon as possible please so it is sparkling when we show to prospective tenants!
