Do you have enough energy or feel depleted?
Join Conscious Action as we explore the world of wellbeing with guest speakers Buffy Ellen from Be Good Organics and Katherine Matthews from Katherine Matthews Naturopathy, and your host Brian Berneman.
Seeing your body as your temple, knowing how to nourish it, understanding the impact of the food you feed it, the products you put on your skin and the information that goes in your mind.
During this event we’ll learn about the different types of food that are important to have on our diets, how our habits impact our wellbeing, and the routines and practices that will help us feel better and fresh.
Come along to meet like-minded individuals, join an interactive discussion with our guest speakers, mindful moment, sharing and action setting.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
