Hi there,

Flatmate wanted to share with one mature, creative woman, in the heart of Grey Lynn.

Room is available immediately. Comes furnished with a queen slat futon bed and has a small built in wardrobe.

The place is relaxed, quiet, peaceful, comfortable and has an outside deck to enjoy the morning sun and birdsong.

Close to amenities, with shops and cafes just at the top of the street, inc Harvest Wholefoods, Gypsy Tea Room and Freida's. Close to Parks, Western Springs and the Zoo.

Wanting someone responsible, frieindly, respectable, honest, clean, tidy, pleasant and communicative.

$300 includes Rent and ALL bills and cleaning products etc.
