Beyond Mindfulness
'What did your face look like before you were born?' ask the Tibetan Masters of their disciple-students, reminding them of an essential self that is not body/mind, a self that does not die with the death of the body. This w/shop, 'Beyond Mindfulness,' looks at this question and offers answers through meditation practices that go beyond mind and mindfulness, exploring the realm of the spiritual heart and the concept of soul or a spiritual Self discovered in the deeper regions of consciousness.
'Beyond Mindfulness' explores several of these key secrets of meditation, the techniques and paths less known and seldom presented.
