This w/shop, 'Beyond Mindfulness,' looks at this question and offers answers through meditation practices that go beyond mind and mindfulness, exploring the realm of the spiritual heart and the concept of soul or a spiritual Self discovered in the deeper regions of consciousness.
'Beyond Mindfulness' explores several of these key secrets of meditation, the techniques and paths less known and seldom presented.
Admission is free, and there will be a vegetarian lunch provided.
