Eye care just got cheaper and more accessible - at least for the next five years, with the launch of Vision Bus Aotearoa, the country’s first full optometry clinic on wheels.

Philanthropically-funded, and provided by the University of Auckland’s school of optometry and vision science, the New Zealand vision bus is fully equipped to deliver free comprehensive eye examinations, prescription glasses, and correcting lenses to those in need.

The mobile eye service aims to target key groups like geographically isolated communities, people from lower socio-economic backgrounds, children, and those in high-risk groups.

You don’t need to spend big to create a healthy home, and you can start with good curtains. Open them during the day to let the warmth in, then close them at night to keep cold air out. A low-cost heater will keep your air warm at night while you snuggle under blankets and flannelette sheets.

Keep your whānau cosy this winter with us.

Hi Neighbours!
When trying to declutter I noticed I got stuck with things I didn't know what to do with. What do you do with things you nolonger want?

I found that donating some items on Neighbourly made declutter faster and more satisfying as I knew my stuff was going to people who needed and appreciated it.

Now I'm running a declutter month and supporting others to get free of things they don't want, without being wasteful.

"Free to Live" kicks off on 23 June with a live (and recorded) webinar and you get stuck into decluttering starting at a gentle pace from 1st July. Just $90. Register here: www.cathvincent.com...
