What's ON: Free course - Mastering Meditation, Mt Eden

A free May 21st Sunday morning introductory course.

This 3-hour w/shop will take you through the key steps in developing a successful meditation practice, including breathe exercises to quieten the mind, mantras, visualization, heart centre techniques and the four pillars of yoga. Admission is entirely free.

With guest teacher Jogyata Dallas, an author, fitness coach and long-time meditation instructor who learnt meditation under the tutelage of the late spiritual master Sri Chinmoy.

When: May 21, Sunday morning, 9:00am – 12:00 noon

Where: 93 Dominion Rd, Mt Eden. We’re on the corner of Dominion Rd/Tawari Street, with plenty of local street parking.
