Vector will pay $50 per household if the outtage extends more than 2.5 hours (and last night's went from around 8.15pm - 3am). I'll be putting in my claim by calling Vector on 0508 832867 (0508 VECTOR) on Monday when customer services is back in.
Vector told me last time that they were putting better infrastructure in - but again we are literally in the dark!
