Shoes, Gumboots etc
Assorted Shoes, Sandals, Boots and Gumboots of Various sizes as follows:
1) Roman Sandals - Basically brand new - purchased for school but my daughter decided she would rather wear closed shoes so only worn once. Size 5L. $10
2) Gold Sandals - Brand new with tags! - purchased from the UK (M&S - leather). Still has 20 pound ($40) price tag attached. Size UK 3. $20
3) Black School Shoes - Basically Brand New - purchased for school but my daughter preferred her older ones and when she outgrew those was at a different school requiring different shoes! Think these were only worn 1 or 2 times. Size 6. $10
4) Women's Black Ankle Boots - Pulp. Zip up the inside and buckle detailing on outside. Purchased from someone for $25 a while back but slightly too big for me so just been sitting in the wardrobe since. Size 8.5 - $5
5) Ankle height gumboots. Good condition. Great for muddy sports fields. Size 13 kids. $4
6) Gumboots. Could do with a clean but otherwise good condition. Perfect for puddle jumping and muddy fields. Size 1. $4
7) Patterned Gumboots. Liner is peeling around the top but otherwise good condition. Could probably just be reglued but selling for cheap as a result. Size 4. $2
Keen to clear everything out so open to offers. Please let me know if you're interested.

A tip for the Season Of Overwhelm
Hi Neighbours, are you feeling overwhelmed? Multi-tasking. Saying yes too much. Or not saying no enough. Committing and then not getting as much done as expected. Too many things on the to-do list and not enough hours in the day. Distracted. And now it’s the holiday season and everything is on turbo-charge!
Here’s one tip that can help move your attention from all that over thinking and relentless planning.
Use your body as a way of becoming present. Take advantage of short moments of waiting during the day to switch your attention to what you are feeling in your body at this moment.
Start by taking an intentional breath into your chest and down through your abdomen. Emphasize the exhale to get all the air out. From there, you might simply feel the weight and the connection of your body to the chair you’re sitting in or your feet to the ground.
If you would like to train your ability to cope with overwhelm, good-quality mindfulness training is proven to help.
