Each of the five beautifully appointed suites has been subtly themed, providing individual charm as well as comfort. In the heart of the lodge is a spacious, recently renovated farmhouse kitchen enjoying garden and orchard views. A large woodburner with wetback heats the water for a series of radiators around the house, ensuring year-round warmth.
Organically managed, the four-hectare property provides the ability to live from the land with honey, fruit trees, berry patches, vegetable gardens, olives and grazing for sheep, cattle and horses. The small Chardonnay vineyard with a careful selection of clones produces a succulent house wine thoroughly enjoyed by guests from all around the world.
A range of useful ancillary sheds and buildings offers space for projects, hobbies, storage and accommodation for staff. Other facilities on the property include a petanque court, croquet lawn and small gymnasium overlooking the swimming pool.
This extraordinarily diverse and unique lifestyle is ideally located on State Highway One, less than a five-minute drive from central Blenheim and 15 minutes from numerous winery cellar doors, restaurants and the airport.
Offers from $2,500,000 plus GST (if any)

This is just an idea we could do as a country to help the homeless out. This video is from a guy in America who is called Choice MAS! His main videos are on trucking mainly but him and his team of friends in parts of America come together from time to time to help out taking food to the homeless people, wherever they can. Will send you two links of Choice and his friends doing this.

How many train failures have their been in Auckland in the recent years? Maybe 4-5 (just guessing), could be more than that. You need to have a backup transport system in case one fails so to speak.
People will ring up employers saying they will be coming late because they have to use a taxi or bus to get to work because the train has had a electric fault or failure somewhere along the line or track.
Now when the train fails, the monorail can be used as a back transport system when these things happen to the train.
You wouldn't need to ring your bosses up when the train stuffs up or has a fault somewhere, the monorail would be able to be used to take you to work much more faster and much quicker too!
That's is what I have to say about that! Yes there has been a poll on this already, but sometimes it's good to get another opinion on the matter.

The move began on September 7 with children aged 5 to 15 getting a free ride as long as they tagged their registered HOP card.
But figures show the numbers of children using public transport was similar - or even lower - than the week before when they had to pay.
Are free weekends enticing you to take the kids on public transport?
Please put NFP if you do not want your comments used in print.

3 x tall storage jars - Spaghetti Jars - circled in red
They can be used for anything, rice, salt, spaghetti ...
They do need a good clean, but there is still plenty of live left in them.
