A total snip at just $2750!

But Balenciaga is the new kid on the block - and it shows. If you want the ULTIMATE in destroyed shoes then I have something for you. For the real connoisseur only.

And yes, I'm still wearing them - so by the time the auction finishes they will be even more destroyed and valuable!

And starting at a farcical $1 only - with the proceeds going to humanitarian help for Ukraine.

P.S. I had ordered a replacement online from a big retailer in NZ - but they were such poor quality that I had to return them …

P.P.S. Oops - forgot the link: www.trademe.co.nz...

Kia ora neighbours, flooding that impacted thousands of homes was made worse because Auckland Council failed to keep culverts and creek beds clear, a report has found.

More than 150 millimetres of water covered West Auckland during the August flood and the nearby Upper Huia Dam went from 45% capacity to overflowing in the span of only four hours.

The independent report was commissioned by Te Atatū MP Phil Twyford, who hired two experts on flood control to work on the report.

The experts found on the night of August 30 when the heavy rain struck, flooding at the Waimoko Stream, which flows through Swanson and Rānui, was exacerbated by blockages down the stream and in the culverts.

Kia ora neighbours, a West Auckland handyman has allegedly left at least five homeowners out of pocket to the tune of thousands of dollars and used photographs of other tradies’ work to drum up business.

A number of homeowners claim they were ripped off by Keith George of KG Property Maintenance, who also goes by Keith Elliott.

One business owner claims the handyman used photographs from one of his landscaping jobs and passed it off as his own work. George denies the allegations.

Vincent Chand and his wife Leila, both 68-year-olds from Glen Eden, said they found George on Builderscrack, a website used to find trusted builders and contacted him to do repairs to their garage.
