Waiheke marina opponents told to pay $250,000 in court costs

Kia ora neighbours, a group that has been campaigning against a Waiheke marina for years has been hit with a massive bill for court costs.
The judge said the high costs reflected the "poor manner of participation", but the campaigners say the bill is unfair and could put other groups off going to the Environment Court. Read more here.
