Free Seminar on Macular Degeneration in Waikanae next Saturday

Anna from Macular Degeneration NZ

Hi everyone, please don't take your vision for granted. Macular Degeneration is an age-related eye disease, affecting 1 in 7 people above the age of 50, and it is the leading cause of blindness in New Zealand!

There is a free talk next Saturday, 10th April from 10am - 11.30am at Waikanae Baptist Church (286 Te Moana Road) by ophthalmologist Dr. James Leong.

Please come and learn about the impact of Macular Degeneration, medical research, treatments and resources available. Register for the event at www.mdnz.org.nz... or email info@mdnz.org.nz. Call 0800 MACULA (0800 622852) for further information.

Remember: Early detection saves sight!

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.
