Let's exercise like it's April 2020
Lockdown highlighted for me the mental and physical benefits of exercise. I'm hoping I remember the lesson and continue to prioritise staying physically active as life fills up again.
I mainly potter around behind the scenes at Dance Domain, but Alert Level 3 saw me brush the dust of my ballet gear and dance in our live-streamed classes 5 days a week (ouch!).
The goal for the rest of 2020? Keep the dust off the leotards. Keep dancing. Keep happy and healthy and fit.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
