Went for a walk with the dog on Friday and brought a fish burger and kumara chip's, the burger was okay but the chip's were disgusting,they were soggy and burnt, brought them home to take a photo and threw them in the trash where they belong. Talked to someone about the place and they said it use to be better but new owners had taken over. Should have gone with my gut when i saw the messy unclean kitchen. Had diarrhea from the burger in the evening so took a tea to settle my tummy down. Do you think this is acceptable in this day and age? That meal cost me 23.00,a disgrace. Thought it strange that Poppy turned her nose up at a piece of fish.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
