Once again I need your help a new neighbour has moved into our street & she,s just got her New Word clubcard & doesnt know how to use it & shes asked me if I could find out.Does she just scan it at the check out & will that get her points or does she have to swipe it or swipe it & enter her pin.She wants to get New World dollars to build up so she can get her daughter a big gift card for her birthday all this is new to her cause she used to shop at Countdown so if someone can help I,d appreciate it.Thanks everyone.

Here at The Doctors we would love to hear how you prefer to book your doctor’s appointments. With busy schedules, different people find different methods easier.
For some, online booking is very convenient, you can make an appointment anytime without needing to wait on the phone. Others still prefer calling the clinic and speaking to a real person, especially if they have specific questions about their visit.
Your feedback helps us understand what works best for our patients and how we can improve access to care.
