Playgroup at Somervell Church every Thursday
Come and join us in the warm, friendly playroom at Somervell Church. We welcome everyone with their little one/s to visit us from 9.30am for music and play. Michele from Uplands Kindergarten will be hosting you with music at 10am. Gold coin donation. Please bring morning tea for your child. Plenty of parking around the back of the church and a quick visit to the Op Shop at Somervell Church is always a treat before or after playgroup!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
