Learn skills to help break cycles of stress and unhappiness. This is the world’s leading and most-researched mindfulness programme:

Dates: Sunday afternoons 23 October – 11 December 1.30 - 4pm, at Om Yoga Studio Stonefeilds, plus all-day at a retreat venue Saturday 3 December
