Depression - Understand It, Don't Just Think You Know

I suffer with depression. It's not pleasant and it doesn't have a quick fix. My journey to get help it has begun. I'm attending counselling once a month. Plus I have a Givealitte page - Mental, Emotional and Physical Wellbeing. Please support my page or feel free to share it.
