Application for resource consent by 69 Roberta Avenue Limited to construct 17 new dwellings in the form of terraced housing units with a mixture of two and three storeys.
The application was initially lodged with us on 5 November 2021.
We are notifying the application on a public basis. Public notification means that anyone can make a submission on the application.
The application will be publicly notified on Tuesday, 7th December 2021.
The complete application can be viewed on the Auckland Council website (www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/NotifiedResourceConsents).
