Yacon Tubers
I have lifted my yacon tubers and have a lot to give away. This URL provides information about yacon ; thisnzlife.co.nz... . I find them crisp and refreshing and the sugars have the advantage of not being digestible so they are very low on the glycemic index. - so I have read! I can leave them at the gate by arrangement for anyone who wants them or you can pick them up after lockdown.
