Building a New Life After Separation

The team from Auckland Women's Centre

Surviving separation after a relationship can bring a range of emotions such as loss, anger, confusion and an invitation to build a new life
Over the course of one day, the group will be gently guided in an interactive environment where you can learn from each other, and share practical skills on ways to rebuild your life.

Part of rebuilding your life can include:
- reclaiming your identity
- identifying and setting boundaries
- setting new life goals
- redefining your values
- exploring a new sense of self.

Dates: Saturday 31st July 2021
Time: 9:30am – 5pm
Location: 4 Warnock St, Grey Lynn
Cost: $50 – $80 sliding scale (if you can't manage the cost please let us know as there are sponsored places).

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
