Emily Place Innovating streets Project Update/Next steps
Thanks to all that that were able to attend the drop-in style workshop last Wednesday evening - a very successful evening with even more valuable input and feedback was provided.
And for even more input -the online survey has been re-opened until end-Jan:
docs.google.com...
- Forward this on to Emily Place Residents with an interest in this.
Also the Auckland Council link below where they can sign up to receive further updates and invitations.
Next steps:
January 2021 - Public survey remains open while all input received is compiled and analysed
February 2021 - A design brief based on the community input is created and a Tactical Urbanism design response is produced by Auckland Council.
This design response will then be presented to the community for final consideration before implementation
March 2021 - Auckland Transport approvals and implementation of the final design
April - June 2021 - Monitoring and evaluation of project. Tweaking as necessary
Thank you once again for being part of the Innovating Streets for People, Emily Place project!
