Free Yoga session
Howdy neighbours!!
Hope you are all well and keeping healthy. I am a qualified yoga teacher, teaching for the last 10 years. I have taught yoga to the corporates, youth and to the wider community .
I believe in giving back to the community, so if you would like to introduce yoga to your community groups, or at your work place, I would be happy to come and take a session for free.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
