New group program: First Step in Healing Hashimoto's: the Safe Detox

Sharon from Meadowbank

Hi Everyone, if you know of anyone struggling with Hashimoto's thyroiditis or other autoimmune or chronic disorder, this may be of interest to them. I've created a 6-week group online program: First Steps to Healing Hashimoto's: The Safe Detox. The aim is to safely reduce and eliminate the toxins that often trigger the onset of symptoms (such as chronic fatigue, weight loss/gain, mental fog, etc). Over the 6 weeks, you get quality health information so you can make informed choices about your health, and I provide coaching and tools to help you take consistent action and form new healthy habits.
I've tried to keep this program very affordable for people as I don't want to put anyone in the position of choosing between their financial situation and their health.
The new start date is August 24th, so there is still some time to enroll.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
