Residential building noise
Hi neighbours - has anyone else been disrupted by early morning residential building noise? I'm on Kelmarna Avenue and a property across the road being renovated by Ram Builders is actioning loud construction very early. Be good to know if anyone else is facing this problem and wants also to make a formal complaint. Thanks!
