INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA CELEBRATION
The 21st of June has been declared by the United Nations as the International Day of Yoga – and Yoga in Daily Life centers around the world are providing free yoga classes, that everyone can experience the many benefits that yoga yields for the health and well-being of body, mind and soul. Yoga in Daily Life offers a clear pathway towards good health, deeper awareness, understanding, harmony and peace, for yourself and others.

9 - 10.30am General Yoga class
10.45 - 12pm Sun Salutation as a part of Yogathon
3.30 - 4pm Kids Yoga (7-12 years)
4 - 5pm Yoga Nidra (The yogic way of sleeping.)
5.30 - 6.15pm Meditation & Pranayama

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
