Residents long for 'hidden gem' Christchurch walkway to be fixed

It was once a "hidden gem" for walkers, runners and cyclists.
Now it's a boggy, overgrown, broken mess.

Where other parts of the Christchurch residential red zone have been maintained and used for recreation, the Horseshoe Lake walkway has deteriorated so much since the Canterbury earthquakes people can no longer access it.
