Marvel at the beauty of your cats facial marking, the sun rising over the ocean or just the flickering colours of the candle. There is wonder in watching the bumblebee fly and how a cat purrs (sorry I am a crazy cat woman) Be inquisitive about the things you think you know... the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the difference of the taste...how u can‘t make goosebumps happen but you know when they there 🤩 your own breath and how you don’t even have to think about it or move any muscle to breath...but when you do follow your breath calmly and slowly you focus inside and inadvertently trigger a relaxation response in your body....magical 💜💜💜
