Private Barre/Mat Pilates Sessions.

Jane from Glendowie

Hi there,

To anyone fniding it hard to find time for themselves to workout due to work and other life commitments, I am offering private Barre and Mat Pilates sessions in the comfort of your home - all you need is enough space for a yoga mat.
I am a qualified Barre/Fitness instructor who's sessions consist of Mat Pilates Excercises and a Barre Workout.

"Barre" is what is commonly used in Ballet.
A Barre workout is a mix between dance and pilates. It is a low impact workout that will leave you feeling energised, sculpted and worked.
Adapting these sessions to a home environment, all you need is a chair, kitchen/bar bench or table top. I'll bring the equipment for more variety in exercises.

All fitness levels are welcome!
Pictures below to show style of class.

Rate is $60 per/hour and can take group sessions with up to three people.

Feel free to private message for further info!

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
