2018 is just around the corner and many people will be thinking about getting back into the workforce.

But looking the part for those interviews is not always easy - particularly for parents who have been at home with kids - finding a shirt that hasn’t been stained with Pamol or poster paint can be a challenge!
And the costs can be prohibitive. For that reason, Jennian Homes CBD & East are getting together to collect clothing, shoes and accessories suitable for workplaces of all kinds which will be donated to Dress for Success.

These guys do a fabulous job at helping to rebuild confidence in hopeful candidates. You feel how you look!

Hi Neighbours, Jud Brewer is an associate professor of psychiatry at Brown University. His book, “Unwinding Anxiety: New Science Shows How to Break the Cycles of Worry and Fear to Heal Your Mind,” addresses anxiety, which he explains as a kind of addiction. He has used mindfulness to help him and his and his clients understand and transform anxiety. Addictions are habits, and habits can be changed.

Come and try mindfulness with a small group for a gentle session of ease and peace. Session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.
