Master your Christmas menu with Miele & Michael

Our 30 November event has sold out - but we still have limited spaces for our 9 December session!

Join us at the Miele Experience Centre to watch and learn as you see Michael Meredith’s delicious Christmas menu presented by our Miele Culinary Expert. Then enjoy a full sit-down meal before leaving with all the skills, recipes and festive spirit needed to create it all at home on the big day, plus a special Miele Christmas gift.

Canapés
• Steamed Cloudy Bay clams, crispy ham, chimichurri
• Beetroot and feta gougères, rocket, crème fraiche, smoked salmon

Entrée
• Steamed snapper, black bean, mushrooms, tamari dressing

Main course
• Sous-vide duck breast, sweet corn, pickle cherries

Side dishes
• Steamed asparagus, sorrel
• Roasted baby kumara, halloumi, tahini

Dessert
• Coconut custard, pineapple, lychee, coriander, meringue

All-inclusive demonstration and dining experience $110.00. Numbers are strictly limited.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
