Passed away peacefully in Auckland. Cherished brother of Elaine Read (Palmerston North), and Judith Brown (Dunedin), and loved brother-in-law of Selwyn (dec), and Russell. Uncle of Deborah, John, Simon, and Nathan. A private service was held on 16 April.

Dearly loved wife of Gary, loved mother of Tracey, Tania and the late Jacqueline, loved nana of Gary, Tyler, Caleb, Robbie, Jordan, and her 4 great-grandchildren. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Stillwater Lifecare, aged 92 years. Most dearly loved and loving wife of the late Bryan Russ. A much loved Mum of Ann Mansfield, Rodney, Marion West, Lindsay, Tim, and their partners, and adored Granny and Great-Granny. At Mary’s request, a private funeral will be held. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 7 April 2021, aged 94 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Ethel. Loved father to Marilyn and Lorraine (dec) and father-in-law of Barry Pickering. Treasured grandfather to Steve, Natalie, Tony, Joanne, David, Michael and Sam and their partners, and his 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Remembered fondly as a father-in-law and friend to John Riddler & Linda, John Prosser (dec) and Sharon and Cliff Moore and Jean. Peacefully at the Levin Home for War Vets on her 98th birthday (10 April). Dearly loved wife of the late Peter. Loved mother of Russell and Linda. Loved Grandma of Amanda, Rebecca and Rory, and Great-Grandma of Ava, Max, and Naomi. Daughter of the late Maggie and Joe Clark of Foxton. A service for Joyce will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin, on Monday 19 April at 11.00am, followed by burial at Foxton Cemetery.

Recently of Forbury and formerly of Omakau and Invercargill. Sadly our lovely Jocelyn left us on Sunday evening. We will miss her zest for life, her love of a good laugh and chat, and her dedication to family, friends and community. Jocelyn was a great mate and loving wife of the late Jim (JT), the number one cheerleader to her children Tom and Jo, Anne and Danny, Mary and Jody, Trish and Chris, Jamie and Carmen and she knew no limits when it came to spoiling her grandchildren Kate, Mike and Sean, Sam and Matt, Danielle, and Martin, Paddy Mitch and Billy, along with all her adored great-grandchildren. She was a much loved daughter of the late Tom and Maud Mathews and loved sister of Eric and Marie, Rosamund, Rana and Noel Gollan. Jocelyn will be remembered with a Rosary held at St Patricks Basilica on Thursday, April 22, at 11.00am, and a Requiem Mass at St Peters Church, Omakau, at 2.00pm on Friday, April 23.
