Dog report for 2019-20 released

This year compared to last year:
🐾 More dogs were re-homed
🐕 More dogs were registered
🐶 Fewer complaints were made about dogs and
🚓 Far fewer dogs were sent to the pound

But...

🐺 More infringement notices were issued
🌭 Ten people were disqualified from owning dogs
