A partnership with NorthTec means that at least 10% of the workforce on the new civic building will be local apprentices or trainees – a minimum of 1 worker in every 10 onsite.
Hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry for our local apprentices and trainees, opening more pathways to employment right here in Whangārei.
