A rainbow of colour!
Whangarei Mayor Sheryl Mai was one of many who picked up a paintbrush to transform a Whangarei Primary School wall into a riot of colour recently.
A rainbow of colour has been sweeping through the school with students creating Hundertwasser-inspired artworks to brighten their outdoor spaces.
As part of the art project, parents and other members of the community were invited to join in and colour the Bank St wall with the help of local artists Helen Whittaker and Clive Jackson from Hundertwasser Project Action Team and art co-ordinator Anna Boaz.
